The professional fees for services and treatment rendered are collected at the end of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit, cheque or e-transfer.

We are a non-assignable office, which means payment goes directly to the insurance holder and not to our office. Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company, you are directly responsible for the full payment of services, therefore we do not make any guarantee or warranty of an estimated coverage. Should you have dental insurance, we would be happy to assist you in submitting your claim electronically so that you can get reimbursed. We can also assist with submitting electronic estimates and/or insurance pre-authorization before major treatment is initiated so that you are aware of your coverage.

You are responsible for being knowledgeable about your plan. With many coverages’ specialist fees are higher than most general dental practitioner fees, therefore our fees may not be fully covered by your insurance company. There are as well insurance companies that will only pay fees from the general practitioner’s fee guide and not the periodontal/prosthodontic fee guides.

Please remember that once the treatment has been rendered you are fully responsible for all fees charged regardless of your insurance coverage. Dental insurance may offset a portion of the investment that is required for your dental health.
