Denise – Administrative Manager

Denise has worked for over 25 years in the dental field as a dental receptionist, clinic administrator and HR manager.
Here at Clear Care she is the Administrative Manager. In her spare time she enjoys watching and occasionally playing court sports.

Connie

Connie graduated from The School of Dental Hygiene in 1996. During her studies at The University of Manitoba she was consecutively on the Dean’s Honor Roll and received both the Frances Matiowsky and Margaret Miller awards in her graduating year. Connie is certified in local anesthetic and holds advanced education in Orthodontics and Advanced Techniques in Implant Maintenance.

Connie has worked as both a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) and Registered Restorative Dental Hygienist (RRDH) over the past 22 years. Having tremendous support and flexibility from our office allows Connie to teach part-time in the Restorative Department at the UofM’s School of Dental Hygiene as well as allows her to be an instructor at the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences and assist in the co-ordination of the restorative techniques program. Connie is presently training with the Centre for Community Oral Health (CCOH) on delivering oral health to out reach facilities and is advancing her studies towards a second post secondary degree. Connie winds done by spending time with her family at the cottage.

Katherine

Growing up and living most of her life in Winnipeg, Katherine is a dedicated registered dental hygienist with a strong commitment to patient care and ongoing education. Her desire for further knowledge and development led her to pursue her education at Vancouver College of Dental Hygiene in BC, where she graduated with honours in 2021.

Before embarking on her dental hygiene career, Katherine gained valuable experience as a dental assistant, including working at Health Sciences Centre – Adult Dentistry/OMFS department. However, her eagerness for growth and new experiences led her to move to BC. After a few years, the pull of family and close friends brought her back to Winnipeg.

Katherine firmly believes in the power of dental education and takes a gentle approach to care, empowering her patients to understand the importance of oral hygiene. She is dedicated to providing personalised care and ensuring that every patient receives the highest level of attention and treatment.

Outside of the office, Katherine finds joy in playing with her Siberian cat, Zlatomir, and cherishes quality time with her family and friends. She particularly enjoys sharing good meals with loved ones.

Courtenay

Courtenay has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2012 and joined our team in 2020. She currently serves as our Clinical Coordinator, where she plays a key role in supporting both patients and the clinical team. Courtenay is dedicated to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Joana

Having graduated as a dental assistant from CDI college, Joana joined our team in December 2022. She likes to make her patients feel at ease and is a team player. An interesting fact, she has completed her Master’s degree in Prosthodontics from India.

Joana moved to the True North in 2016. Furthermore, she grew up in the Middle East (Oman) and has visited Australia and The Bahamas. In her free time you’ll find her cooking for family and friends and window shopping at Marshalls.

Anderson

Anderson has over ten years of hotel experience, with a focus on hotel auditing and reception. Born in Brazil, he came to Canada in 2019 and speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish. When he’s not in the office, Anderson enjoys spending time with family, friends, attends Muay Thai classes, cycles, visits lakes, rivers, waterfalls and plays video games.

Kevin

Kevin is the Administrative Coordinator at ClearCare, often serving as one of the first points of contact for patients both in person and over the phone. With over a decade of experience in administrative roles and an additional ten years in dental technology, he brings a deep understanding of both patient care and clinic operations.

Known for his approachable manner and attention to detail, Kevin helps ensure that every patient’s experience at the clinic is smooth, welcoming, and well-organized.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with close friends and family—often around a table filled with an ever-growing collection of board games.

Allysa

Coming from 13 years of sales, Allysa joins our team with great communication skills and interpersonal skills. Allysa is bilingual and in her spare time, she enjoys being with family and practising calligraphy.
